Last week, PF Stratford Ltd exchanged contracts on a significant site in the centre of West Byfleet, Woking, Surrey.

The proposed development in the sought after Station Approach, which already has planning permission for 9 flats and a commercial premises downstairs is planned to commence development in August / September 2006.
